But soon she understod the job she was supposed to be doing and she finished her training very well. 2008-07-12 Lea has been to Tvååkers anual twodays dog-show. She did very well - yesterday she got 1:th price and HP and today she became best bitch with cert and became BOS. We are very happy but tired, more information and pictures will therefore come soon.

It was a dog-show for the dogs wich are classified as "brukshundar" so Lea weren't allowed to compete but she got some training with Jennifer in a dog-show for children with dogs. They did very well. 2008-05-01 Andreas and Izi got 1:th price competing in obedience (LKL I). Camilla and Lea attended the same competition (LKL I) but just for training and didn't get a price but now we know how she act when competing in obedience. We will compete again when she is ready.

2008-01-12 The site hasn't been updated for a while. The reason for this is that we got a little girl, Sara, on the 12 0f december. I suppose that the process of updating the site is going to be a little iregular for a while. Anyway here is a picture of Sara and Izi.
2007-11-18 Yet another weekend filled with trainging. Andreas and Izi, Camilla and Lea has been to a course with Christina Rynning (individual winner of World Championship in obedience in 2003). She showed all the elements that is part of the top level class in obedience - how she began her training and all the way until the element is complete. It was very interesting and gave valuble tip to our training, even to me and Lea (who was 7 month this saturday). It has been really fun!
2007-11-13 Andreas och Izi has been to a weekend course in search. She was a little bit reserved for the hiding figure at first but when it talked, her little tail waved. She managed to play with the foreigner without any problem. She really enjoyed it anyway and we shall try to train it some more. The only difficulties is to find that many foreigner that wants to hide from her :). But we can always train with people that she know - it want be the same but at least she got to train her sence of smell.

2007-11-04 Lea has been shown at an international dogshow at Växjö. She got HP and became best bitch in the puppyclass (6-9 month) in competiton of four other bitch puppies. She ended up as BOS-puppy. We are extremely happy with her performance! Congratulations to Cool Casper of Trebons Berger Blanc who ended up as BOB-puppy! The critics that Lea got from the judge will be published soon.
2007-10-30 Weekend class with Fanny Gott at Vinna Hundcenter. Andreas och Izi attended and Camilla a listener. We had a very nice weekend and the class gave many new ideas.
2007-10-14 Club-championship in obedience at Tibro BK. Andreas and Izi participated in obedience class I to get some experience in form of competition, Camilla and Raja participated for fun in obedience class II. Read more about their results on Izi's and Raja's sites.
2007-09-23 Yesterday Camilla and Lea attended a breeder's gathering. There where nearly 20 dogs from Barvestad's. Many thanks to Annicka among more for the arrangement.

2007-09-09 This has been a weekend full of dogactivities.
This saturday we - Camilla, Andreas, Izi and Lea - went to Nina at Fätorpets kennel. We joined a happy gang who were about to learn more about herding. Andreas and Izi got to try herding, Camilla and Lea went along to train socialization and environment with Lea and for Camilla to learn more about herding. Nina did a very good work in learning us about herding and if herding is in our dogs. Thanks to everyone for nice company! Pictures and more info will come soon...
Today - sunday - Camilla, Andreas, Izi and Lea went to a dog-show at Eskilstuna BK. Andreas handled Lea to a HP and BOB-puppy. Camilla handled Izi to a 1:th price and HP. Critics will come soon...

2007-08-04 SUM UP FROM HOLIDAYTIME - We have had vaccation wich we spent in S:t Annas skärgård, an archipelago in Östergötland in Sweden. We took all our dogs and our caravan and have been camping there on Källbuktens camping. It have been great. But now the vaccation is over and I have updated the page with following:

2007-06-09 We (Camilla, Andreas and Izi) have been to a course in klickertraining, arranged by Tibro BK with a hired instructor - Emelie Merenius. Andreas and Izi participated in the exercises while Camilla observed. There were some facts about klicker training as well. We are very pleased with the day and inspired to begin to train.

2007-04-13 Today we're sad in our hearts cause we have to take our precious Ari away. He got sick in easter and now we've found out that he has a tumour in his marrow. We cannot express in words how sorry we are. We're gonna miss his everything with him. Ari, we love you...
2007-04-01 Camilla has been to a weekend course to learn more about anatomy in dogs. This was led by all-around judge Nils Molin and arranged by SKK Skaraborg by Lena Lövdahl at kennel Ell-Ell's. I've learned very much, among other things we got to judge 6 flat coated retriever and 6 whippet. I have also met some very nice dogpeople and breeders of all kind and it has been an opportunity to learn even more. I hope that it will be a follow-up next autumn.
2007-03-30 Effyh has been to the vet, we're sorry to anounce that she has no puppies in her belly. We were so looking forward to see yet another litter from Ari, but such is life.
